Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Eligible returns
You may request a return within 14 days after delivery. Refrigerant cylinders must remain unopened, unused, factory sealed, and in their original packaging. Returns must comply with applicable hazardous-material shipping requirements.
Requesting a return
Email info@refrigodo.shop with your order number and reason for return before sending anything. We will provide instructions for an approved return.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Do not ship refrigerant using a service that is not approved to transport it.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Original expedited shipping charges, if any, are not refundable. Processing times depend on your bank.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Contact us promptly with photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and provide replacement or refund instructions when appropriate.
