1. Scope
These terms apply to purchases made through refrigodo.shop from Refrigodo LLC. By placing an order, you agree to the version available at checkout.
2. Orders
Product listings are invitations to place an order. Your order is accepted when we send an order confirmation or ship the product. We may cancel and refund orders we cannot fulfill.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in US dollars. A single 30 lb cylinder costs $99. Free standard shipping is included for eligible addresses within the United States.
4. Payment
Payment is made securely by credit or debit card during checkout. Your order is not complete until payment is authorized.
5. Shipping
US orders are normally delivered within 2–5 business days after payment. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and carrier delays may occur.
6. Product use
Refrigerant must be handled, installed, recovered, and disposed of only by qualified persons in accordance with federal, state, and local law. The customer is responsible for lawful purchase and use.
7. Returns and damage
Eligible unopened products may be returned under our Return Policy. Contact us promptly if your shipment arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete.
8. Limitation
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, indirect or consequential losses are not covered.
9. Applicable law
These terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and the laws that apply in the state where the order is delivered, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
